Position Summary
At FSM, the Account Specialist is an entry level position occupied by an excellent communicator who supports the main point of contact for a portfolio of client partners. The position is responsible for supporting the needs of the Account Manager to aid in handling project management, reviewing reports, managing day-to-day client needs and other duties that ensure the success of FSM clients.
The position reports to the Account Team Lead. FSM’s ideal Account Specialist must have:

Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Communications Responsibilities
● Embrace top-notch partnership as the #1 goal of FSM’s Account Specialist role.
● Support client projects through the agency, including implementation after client approval.
● Daily and weekly client interaction; support documentation during client calls and in-person meetings.
● Help implement tasks and projects in FSM’s systems.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective service and deliverables.
● Develop realistic plans, action steps, and timetables for some projects and assignments.
● Support the education of clients regarding the timing required for projects and stay informed on progress.
● Successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
● Communicate effectively at project, client, and leadership levels.
● Support the needs of the Account Manager.
Measure: Meet and effectively manage all project timelines, limit rework.
Skill Set
● Excellent listening skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
● Proficient in Google Products such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
● High level of organization.
● Detail-oriented.
● Self-motivation to jump in quickly without a lot of direction and learn by asking the right questions.
● Persuasive professional style.
● Interest in Google Ad, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads / Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, etc.
Education Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
● This position does not require previous experience, though training and certifications are given priority
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $35,000
- Remote work option after 90 days
- Summer Friday Schedule: Office closes at 3pm
