Position Summary
The Digital Content Writer at FSM is responsible for the creation of digital content including on-page copy updates, topic research, and writing to increase client visibility and KPIs through search engines. Primary Responsibility – Performance & Task Management
- Execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience.
- Write and optimize engaging blog posts, articles, website content, social media updates, and other types of content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant topics and target keywords with high search volume and low competition.
- Develop a mastery around the brands and voices to be represented by the written copy.
- Collaborate with the greater Digital Team to brainstorm ideas, research industry trends, and identify content gaps.
- Ensure all content is well-structured, follows SEO best practices, and is optimized for readability and user experience.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to client brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to continually optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to enhance content with visual elements, infographics, and interactive features.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital content writing.
