Digital Creative Specialist

Position Summary

Responsibilities for this position include the ongoing success of FSM’s client partners’ digital marketing efforts, specific to search marketing. This role is responsible for the performance of digital creative efforts including web content performance, on-page copy updates, SEO keyword & topic research, and ad copywriting. Primary Responsibility – Performance & Task Management

  • Research, plan and evaluate the performance of search-focused website content (SEO copy).
  • Collaborate on research, ad copywriting, optimization efforts, and client-facing meetings/deliverables.
  • Create monthly digital marketing reports, and interpret data and performance.
  • Discerning the impact of work and performance of the various creative tactics used for digital marketing.
  • Effectively implement/execute tasks that support the success of the overall digital marketing goals.
  • Continually optimize digital content through A/B testing, content management, metadata, audience & keyword research, and testing/analysis.
  • Evaluate and understand attribution & data tracking for all digital creative work.
  • Audit and identify the need for on-page and content-based SEO tasks for a specific client/website.

Measure: Performance, impact, accuracy, and speed of work.

Skill set:

  • Ability to research, plan, and write and evaluate content performance.
  • Google Analytics certification is preferred. 
  • Command of Google Analytics, and other attribution and tracking tools.
  • Strong written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to present data, ideas, and research to internal teams.
  • Success executing creative portions to various digital platforms & campaign types.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Analytical mindset, possessing the ability to evaluate data, interpret results, and turn results into successful ideas.
  • Client-first, service-focused mentality.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, English, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
