As Creative Director, Mark brings essential experience beyond marketing to FSM. Once a newspaper reporter and college writing teacher, he later worked as copywriter and content producer for ad agencies and in-house for companies such as national retailer Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores and publisher Bantam-Doubleday-Dell. In New York, he created quiz game content for Interactive Imaginations.

“Creativity is problem solving,” he says. “As a longtime writer and partner with graphic designers, website builders and video producers, I believe the best place to start with any project is by asking what’s in it for the customer?  If we can answer that – plus say it in a way that strengthens the brand and builds an ongoing relationship with the audience – we’re doing our job.”
