Marketing Intern
At Full Spectrum Marketing, the Marketing Intern is a temporary, entry-level position occupied by a quick learner, self-sufficient team player, and clear communicator. The person in this role is responsible for supporting the needs of the entire FSM Team as needed. Tasks and projects may include assisting in small client tasks, general office duties, and shadowing team members and in team meetings to better learn the business. This is a part-time (16 hours weekly), paid internship.
FSM’s ideal Marketing Intern must have:

Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist the FSM team with research and coordination of projects.
- Effectively research and prepare notes for client and office projects.
- Take clear and detailed notes during meetings.
- Implement tasks through FSM’s systems.
- Collaborate with FSM team members to complete deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with the FSM team and leadership.
- Measure: Effectively complete assigned tasks on time, limit rework.
Skill Set
- Competence with web-based tools, applications, and platforms.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Specifically, proficient in Google Workspace applications such as Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Chat.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Persistent to see a task through until it’s done right.
- Self-motivated to assist with team needs without relying heavily on others to do tasks on the intern’s behalf. Taking efficient training notes and asking detailed questions.
- Interest in Digital Marketing, Account Management, Web Development, and Project Management is a plus.
Education Requirements
All candidates must be current students pursuing a degree and experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field. This position does not require previous experience, though applicable training will be given priority.
