Akron, OH – December 5, 2023 – Josh Gordon’s eight years as President of Full Spectrum Marketing (FSM) allowed him to discover his mission for building community as the agency’s many clients include schools and nonprofits. Gordon recently accepted the position of Executive Director of the Barberton Community Foundation.
Longtime SVP Promoted
Andrew Husted, longtime Senior Vice President of Client Services at FSM, was promoted to president of the downtown Akron marketing agency where he has been employed since its founding in 2015.
“I’m excited to lead the organization that I have come to know and love so well,” said Husted, who joined Full Spectrum Marketing around the same time as Gordon in 2015, the agency’s first year.
“Josh Gordon and I worked together on nearly every project from the start,” stated Husted. “It was an honor to help Josh build the agency from five to thirty persons serving nearly 150 clients.”
“We applaud Josh’s pursuit of his passion,” said Husted. “I am excited about continuing the agency’s mission of helping all of our clients grow and meet their goals.”

In addition to his SVP role, Husted led the web team and client services for the past eight years at FSM. Overall, Husted has served and grown clients in marketing agencies for more than 17 years.
