What\’s involved in digital content strategy?
A little bit of everything! I think of content strategy as ideating the work and doing the work. In my role, I develop strategies with a specific platform like social media or email in mind. One example is coming up with highly relevant topics for social media posts, writing those posts, and then publishing them, optimizing for engagement throughout.
Do you have any favorite types of projects?
I really like creating email drip campaigns. Setting up the flow and implementing the logic for triggering emails is fun because I often have to dive in and troubleshoot to figure out the best or most efficient way to do something.
What motivates you?
The ability to point to a specific goal and say, \”I did that,\” or \”I helped us achieve that,\” is so fulfilling. I like being able to see my impact in the results we deliver.
What\’s your spirit core value?
Bold & Honest. It\’s easy for a lot of important things to go unsaid, and that’s where confusion and miscommunication start. Being bold and honest means we can have clear conversations, stay aligned, and make strategic decisions with confidence.
