About Clint

Clint Kitchen is a Graphic Designer at Full Spectrum Marketing (FSM), where he helps bring clients’ brands to life by developing creative, engaging visual identities and deliverables across both print and digital media.

Clint earned his BA in Design and Visual Communications from Kent State University. He began his career as a freelance graphic designer, creating a variety of branded assets for clients across industries, before taking on the role of Graphic Designer at Christ Community Chapel, where he designed numerous booklets, social media graphics, posters, and more.

Clint joined the FSM team in 2025, bringing a multidisciplinary skill set that spans print and digital design. As part of the Design Team, he creates eye-catching graphics for both digital and print materials, and has also expanded into web design and UX work, helping build websites that are as easy to use as they are visually appealing. His nonprofit background and comfort moving between mediums, from photography and branding to layout and web, make him a versatile contributor to any project.

Clint is driven by a desire to create designs that make clients feel valued and seen. He’s motivated by a genuine passion for his craft and a high personal standard: he wants every project to exceed expectations, and takes pride in delivering work that makes clients say, “this is exactly what I wanted.”

What motivates you in your work?

I want to create a peaceful, positive, active coexistence with the people I work with and the people we serve. When I make something and someone says it’s exactly what they wanted, or even what they didn’t know they wanted, that’s incredibly rewarding. Loving what I do and feeling valued, while making other people feel valued too, is really important to me.

What’s something you’ve grown into at FSM?

Getting the chance to build website design skills has been exciting. It’s a new learning experience, I didn’t even know I could take this on, and it’s pushed me to grow beyond print and into web design and UX.

What’s your spirit core value?

Professional Pride. I have really high expectations of myself all the time, and it’s the value that comes most naturally to me. I want to do the best possible work I can, and producing the highest quality work I possibly can is the best way to bring real value to the people I work with.
