Caleb Lichty

Caleb Lichty is the Web Ops Manager at Full Spectrum Marketing (FSM), where he leads the charge on building standout websites for clients across industries. As head of the Web Team, Caleb leverages his comprehensive skill set to help envision and design our clients’ online presences.

Caleb is largely self-taught, having started teaching himself WordPress back in 2013 and freelancing throughout high school before formally entering the industry. That hands-on, hard-won experience gave him a deep, practical understanding of web development that would shape the rest of his career.

Passionate about problem solving and innovating, Caleb guides and oversees every part of the web production process, including development, page design, UX, UI, and QA. He brings a strong eye for detail and a drive to consistently outdo his own previous work, pushing every project to be better than the last.

Caleb joined the FSM team in 2023 as a Web Designer, and in that time he’s worked across all levels of the Web Team, elevating the work and setting quality standards along the way. With his encyclopedic knowledge and nonstop Furiosity™, Caleb makes sure that every website FSM builds stands out.

Since Web Ops Manager isn’t a title everyone’s familiar with, can you give a simple breakdown of what you do at FSM?

Yeah! I manage our team of web developers, setting standards for best practices and quality, and I also help out with web development, design, and branding. I love thinking through how we can make companies show up and stand out online with strong visuals.

Some people have spirit animals. What’s your spirit core value?

I would have to say Professional Pride because I got a company award for it! I want to put forward the best work possible every single time and outdo what I did before.

Do you have a favorite type of project to work on?

I love working on projects where the client doesn’t have a fully defined brand—or where they have an outdated brand—and we get to design a brand for them from the ground up. It’s a fun challenge to either create something completely new or elevate an existing brand without alienating any existing collateral.

Okay, last but not least: You and Laura both have Corgis, and you’re both involved in web and design. Is there a correlation between Corgi parents and web/design people?

Corgis are objectively cute. As somebody who likes aesthetically pleasing things, I have to have an aesthetically pleasing dog.
