Justin is the Vice President of Growth at Full Spectrum Marketing, a full-service marketing agency based in Akron, Ohio. He first joined in June 2023, and since then Justin has rapidly advanced from Account Manager to his current Leadership role. He is driven by his philosophy of intentionality that “every decision, from the most obviously significant to the seemingly mundane, matters” — a definition of intentionality he draws from Will Guidara\’s Unreasonable Hospitality. This philosophy is reflected in how Justin approaches client relationships and interactions with prospective new partners.
In January 2025, he stepped into the VP of Growth role, where he builds strategic partnerships and cultivates meaningful connections that expand FSM’s reach in Northeast Ohio and beyond, while creating opportunities for collaboration and business growth. With over seven years of marketing agency experience, Justin\’s advancement was fueled by working purposefully, treating every second like it counted, and chasing, with remarkable grit, a life filled with the things that matter. He approaches every strategy by focusing on providing a valuable solution to the problem, that leads to FSM being the most valuable marketing partner you will ever have.
